INFORMATION FOR NOTIFIERS

The reason and purpose of introducing an internal notification system:

Act No. 171/2023 Coll., on the protection of whistleblowers (" the Act ") requires selected persons to provide so-called whistleblowers with the opportunity to report illegal acts specified by the Act. For this purpose, our company has created an internal reporting system that allows whistleblowers to file a report without fear of unauthorized disclosure of their identity and exposure to retaliatory measures as a result of the report made, and which at the same time allows assessing the reasonableness of the report, taking appropriate measures to correct or prevent an illegal situation.

What does the internal notification system not/ is it for :

The internal notification system is intended exclusively for reporting possible illegal acts according to the Act. However, it is not intended for questions and comments, complaints and claims of the company's customers and other third parties.

Where submissions can be made:

The notifier may submit a notification:

i)                 in writing or orally through a voice recording on the so-called internal reporting channel under the link here (i.e. on the website: enetiqa.whistlelink.com , where you will find more detailed information on reporting, what is meant by illegal actions according to the Act and other necessary information, or

ii)                in writing to the address Mgr. Jindřich Král, advokát, Husova 240/5, 110 00 Prague 1, or in person , if the reporting person requests it from the relevant person at the address indicated in this point ii ) or via a voice recording on the internal reporting channel under the link in point i), or

iii)              through the external notification system established by the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic on its website, specifically here .

We inform the public that our company has excluded from the internal notification system specific groups of persons indicated in § 2 paragraph 3 letter c), d), e), f), g) and j) of the Act. Notifications cannot be submitted through the internal notification system by self-employed persons, persons exercising rights associated with participation in the company, members of elected bodies, trustees of trust funds, persons performing tasks within the scope of the company's activities or in its interest, on its behalf or on its account, or persons exercising rights or obligations arising from the contract, the subject of which is the provision of supplies, services, construction works or other similar performance.
