MVV receive another Crystal Chimney for customer care
MVV have retained the prestigious Project of the Year award in the category "Improving Services and Customer Care", which was announced again by the Czech Association for District Heating after its successful premiere last year. The long-term partnership project with ČESKOLIPSKÁ TEPLÁRENSKÁ customers ranked among the top five heating projects in 2018. The management of the company received the Crystal Chimney from Chief Executive Officer of TSČR Tomáš Drápela at the gala evening of the District Heating and Energy Days on 24 April 2019 in Hradec Králové.
A unique loyalty program project for heat consumers was implemented by MVV in Děčín, Liberec, Louny and Pelhřimov. IROMEZ, the Pelhřimov company, was the winner last year in the newly introduced Customer Care category. This year, their sister company ČESKOLIPSKÁ TEPLÁRENSKÁ. retained the title. The loyalty program was launched in September 2018 and 84% of customers have already joined it. Not only households, but also schools, kindergartens, health care facilities, public buildings and businesses will save on heat.
Long-term partnership has created favorable conditions for the economic and technical development of heat sources and the heat supply system in Česká Lípa. The district construction housing cooperative OSBD Česká Lípa, the biggest customer consuming heat from ČESKOLIPSKÁ TEPLÁRENSKÁ, became a shareholder in autumn 2018. OSBD thus participates in the development of this ecological heat distribution system.
The Board of Directors of ČESKOLIPSKÁ TEPLÁRENSKÁ, Radomír Ondra and Jan Sulík, accepted the award.
