After the change of ownership, MVV Energie CZ is called ENETIQA

The company Cube III Energy CZ s.r.o. is the new owner of MVV Energie CZ a.s. from December 9, 2022, which will bear the new name ENETIQA a.s. from January 1, 2023.

Energy group ENETIQA (formerly MVV Energie CZ) provides its services to customers in fifteen cities and is one of the leading producers and suppliers of thermal energy in the Czech Republic. The group is also involved in high-efficiency electricity production, energy utilization of waste, energy consultancy, water management and the provision of electronic communications services. It offers its nearly 500 employee stable employment in the regions.

Apart from the new name, the entry of the new owner does not mean any significant changes in the structure and functioning of the entire group, and the team, including the company's management, remains unchanged. Chairman of the Board of ENETIQA a.s. Jörg Lüdorf says about the company's new name: "We were looking for a name that would best describe the mission and character of our group. The name ENETIQA hides energy, the modern network of our heating plants, and at the same time IQ – the smart energy solutions of the future that we offer to our customers."

The visual identity change related to the new name has already started and will continue in the first half of 2023.
